Freight Price Guarantee
We will match any comparable freight price — and in some cases, beat it.

We are confident that Shop for Shops has access to the most competitive freight rates of any shop supplies or shop fixtures business in Australia. If you find a lower comparable freight price from an eligible competitor, we’ll match it.
What Qualifies
To be eligible for a freight price match, the competitor’s written quotes must be for the same:
- Destination address
- Service level (Express, Standard, or Economy)
- Carrier type and delivery timeframe
- Freight type (pallets, cartons, bulk goods, etc.) of similar or the same volume and weight
- Price quoted in Australian dollars, including all accessorial fees, fuel surcharges, and taxes
Eligible competitors are businesses that sell shop fittings, shop fixtures, or shop supplies. We do not match a customer’s own carrier account.
How Our Freight Price Guarantee Works
- Contact our Customer Service team before booking your freight service.
- Provide the competitor’s written quote, sales order, or email — dated within the last 7 days.
- Ensure the quote shows the competitor’s business name, ABN, and contact details.

What’s Not Included
- Special promotions, clearance, or one-off rates
- Prices from third-party marketplace listings (e.g. eBay or Amazon sellers), or carriers we cannot verify
- Rates where service quality, delivery time, or conditions differ from our offering
- A customer’s own carrier account, or quotes we cannot verify
The Outcome
Once we verify the competitor’s quote, we’ll match the price for the same service. Where possible, we may offer an even lower rate as a goodwill gesture. If a competitor’s service isn’t comparable, we’ll explain why it doesn’t qualify.
All approved claims are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions of Trade. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time.
