Road Freight
Australia wide delivery provided by our preferred delivery partners. Delivery between 1-7 business days depending on destination. Overnight delivery available to particular destinations.
Australia Post
Standard & Express eParcel services are available for packages under 22kg. Packages no more than 1m in length. Delivery between 1-7 business days depending on destination.
Premium delivery
We will deliver using our own
truck and qualified experienced staff. Please phone us if you
would like this option.
Organise your
own delivery
If you have your own preferred
courier or delivery service we
are happy to work with them
so it's a smooth & easy delivery.
Store pick-up
Place your order either online,
via email or phone and
pick it up from one of our
stores.
Sea freight
For large international custom
solutions or high quantity
orders we can organise a
container to be shipped to you.
Same day
express courier
If it's urgent please call us.
Our staff can organise a
same day courier if you satisfy
the geographical criteria.

Road freight terms and conditions
1. Delivery ETAs are estimates only. These are calculated from the date of dispatch which may be different to the date the order is placed.
2. This service does not deliver to a Post Office or PO Box.
3. This service does not deliver on a specified day.
4. The delivery driver is not able to phone prior to delivery.
5. This service only offers delivery services Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
6. If your delivery is to a business address please state your opening hours in the comments on order checkout.
7. This service requires signature on delivery so please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to receive delivery at all times. Safedrop is not available.
8. If you are not available to receive delivery during business hours and a re-delivery is required, you may be charged for this.
Australia Post terms & conditions
If you wish for your delivery to be left in a safe place in the event you or someone is not available to receive delivery please specify this in the comments on order checkout. Please specify "authority to leave" and provide any other instructions for the delivery driver.
